Read a range of lines
Read a range of lines of a document, a skill or a text file. Give docId or fileId. Lines start at 1, and find_text gives line numbers. Returns the text of the lines and totalLines.

The first line to read (1 or more)
docId
The document ID from list_docs
fileId
The file ID from list_files, list_skills or search
endLine
The last line to read (default: 99 lines after startLine)
