Run a write tool of a connected service

Run a tool of a connected service that creates, changes or deletes data there (for example jira__create_issue). Give the tool slug (service__tool) and its arguments: list_service_tools gives both, and a write tool has mode write there. This tool refuses a read-only tool. To use a specific connection, give its connectionId.
