Services

The systems of your company that the assistant uses through the Gateway, with your account and inside your access level.

A service is a system outside Basement that your organization uses: the service desk, the SAP of the customers, Jira. You connect your account of the service in Connections. The assistant acts as you: it sees what you see and writes as you write. Never more than your access level permits.

The services

ServiceWhat the assistant doesWho configures itPage
SAPReads the SAP systems of the customers: code, tables, dumps, jobs, transports. Read-only.You, in the app, with your SAP user.SAP
Jira (and Confluence)Searches and reads issues and pages. Creates and changes issues. You, with your Atlassian account.Jira
GLPISearches and reads tickets, follow-ups, solutions and the knowledge base. Creates tickets, adds follow-ups and solutions, changes and assigns tickets. An admin configures GLPI one time. Then you connect your account.GLPI
MultiDadosSearches and reads tickets with the history and the attachments. Creates tickets, replies, changes the status. An admin configures it one time. You connect as your operator.MultiDados
Another MCP serverWhat the server offers. You, with the address and the authentication of the server.Another MCP server

How it works

  1. Configuration (only GLPI and MultiDados): an admin enters the address and the credentials of the company in Connections. One time only.
  2. Your account: in Connections, on the card of the service, click Connect my account. For Jira and GLPI, you sign in with your login of the service or paste a token of yours. For MultiDados, Basement finds your operator by e-mail. For SAP, you use the app on the computer.
  3. The access level: the admin marks in each level if the agent only reads or also writes in the service. With read only, a write tool answers “not permitted”.
  4. The assistant uses your account. What it reads and writes stays in the activity log, without the data.

Private or shared account

A connected account is private: only you and your agents use it. The person who connected the account can select Share with the organization: then the agents of all the members use it. The accounts of SAP and MultiDados are always personal and cannot be shared. An agent never reaches the private account of another person.

To disconnect

On the card of the service, click Disconnect. The agents stop to use the account immediately. You can connect again when you want.
